IPC 4101.
All C of C's and test reports that accompany product when delivered to the customer are verified/generated by this position.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Include the following: Prepare samples for testing QLP3202 Etch Test Sample Preparation. Perform testing to
IPC-4101
Spec, customer or industry requirements. Compare test results to the applicable specifications. Record test results on lab data sheet. Prepare test reports on the computer for customer shipments. File and maintain Quality records for the test results. Drive the company truck to transport samples for processing (as necessary). Make decisions on acceptability of orders. Release or place material on hold as is appropriate. Recommend retest or scrapping of material as is appropriate. Accurately identify and record any product quality problem. Control further processing or delivery of non-conforming product until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected. Take test samples to the etcher room for processing. Participate in the cleaning/maintenance of the etcher.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
This position requires a minimum of a High school diploma or GED. Requires basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel.

Hazard Communication Training Lock-out/Tag-out…Initial and annual update OSHA Hazwoper-Initial and annual update
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Basic math including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
REASONING ABILITY
High reasoning capability required. Must be able to assess any situation quickly and make sound decisions based on limited information. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed and involved written or oral instructions.
