Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Inspector to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will ensure that all products and processes meet stringent quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. Your keen eye for detail, combined with your expertise in quality systems and inspection techniques, will help maintain our reputation for excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-quality manufacturing operations while working with advanced measurement tools and quality management protocols. Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and vision inspection systems. Utilize advanced equipment including coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to verify dimensional accuracy and compliance with specifications. Perform quality audits aligned with
ISO 9001, ISO 13485
(medical devices), and FDA regulations to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements. Collect and analyze data related to product quality, documenting findings accurately for review and continuous improvement initiatives. Implement quality control procedures within manufacturing processes, identifying deviations and initiating corrective actions as needed. Support the development and maintenance of quality systems, ensuring compliance with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) and HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) standards where applicable. Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to address quality issues promptly and effectively. Experience Proven experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on quality inspection or quality assurance roles. Familiarity with calibration, use of precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers), and vision inspection systems. Knowledge of industry standards such as
ISO 9001, ISO 13485, FDA
regulations, CGMP, and HACCP is highly desirable. Experience conducting quality audits, data collection, analysis skills, and implementing corrective actions. Strong understanding of quality management principles within regulated manufacturing settings. Ability to operate coordinate measuring machines (CMM), data collection tools, and other precision measurement instruments confidently. Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
