Job Description

Camco is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Line Inspector to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for ensuring that products meet quality standards and specifications throughout the production process. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a quality control or inspection role within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine inspections of products on the production line to ensure compliance with company and industry standards. Identify and report defects or deviations from specifications. Document inspection results and maintain accurate records. Collaborate with production staff to resolve quality issues in real time. Assist in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation. Ensure proper use and calibration of inspection tools and equipment. Support continuous improvement initiatives related to product quality and process efficiency. Follow all safety and quality protocols. High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in quality control is a plus. 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or quality inspection role. Familiarity with inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Basic understanding of quality standards and manufacturing processes. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication and documentation skills.
