Job Description

Job Brief Participate and assist with day to day laboratory operations by perform inspections of the final product and inspection equipment in accordance with quality procedures. What You'll Do As a Quality Lab Tech, you will participate and assist with day to day laboratory operations by perform inspections of the final product and inspection equipment in accordance with quality procedures. Demonstrate and/or lead the commitment to the pursuit of achieving Zero Harm through behavioral based safety Ensure compliance with applicable HSE performance standards, objectives and regulations Live and foster the Dyno Nobel corporate values Provide laboratory support to plant operations. Provide document control support for all lab operations Understand work pace and shipping deadlines. Report abnormal test results to the appropriate management personnel Place product on hold and request resampling Reject product that is out of tolerance. Ensure all information provided is accurate and timely.
What We're Looking For:
Associates degree in Chemistry, Science, or related field desired Manufacturing experience a plus 2+ years laboratory experience desired Must possess strong analytical skills Strong computer application skills Must be willing to undergo and pass an ATF background check as required to be a possessor of explosives. Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and a team player
