You can look forward to these exciting tasks Perform inspections on parts, components, and finished products to ensure quality standards are met Conduct visual and basic quality checks throughout the production process Identify and report defects, process deviations, or non-conforming materials Escalate quality concerns according to established procedures Record inspection findings and maintain accurate documentation Support quality monitoring activities and compliance with company standards Work closely with production teams to help maintain product quality This is what you bring to us No special education required; on-the-job training will be provided Previous manufacturing or quality experience is helpful but not required Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues Ability to follow work instructions and quality procedures Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment What we offer you Competitive pay Health coverage for you and your family Generous number of vacation days each year Paid wellness time and 14 paid company holidays 401(k) with company match Applications from qualified individuals with disabilities are expressly welcome.
