Job Summary:
Strong Hold is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Technician to join our team! This role will be onsite and responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality and safety standards before they are shipped to our customers. In this role you will conduct inspections, analyze test data, and provide recommendations for improvement. This is a great opportunity for college students, recent graduates, or those interested in the field of Quality, to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Inspect products at various stages of the manufacturing process to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. Use measurement tools and basic math to accurately measure and evaluate product dimensions and specifications. Maintain a high-level of visual awareness to detect any defects or inconsistencies in products. Identify quality inconsistencies and promptly report them to the appropriate department for corrective action. Develop and maintain company inspection records, including documentation of processes and procedures. Record, analyze, and draft quality reports on test data. Ensure that all test equipment is properly calibrated and functioning correctly. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify possible areas for improvement in quality processes. Monitor production processes to ensure that quality testing procedures do not hinder production timelines. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while achieving productivity and quality goals. Capable of standing for long periods and perform repetitive tasks as required in a non-climate-controlled environment.
Requirements:
Demonstrated high-level of visual awareness and attention to detail. Strong understanding of basic mathematical concepts is essential. Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret technical information accurately. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficient in MS Office, and Excel, particularly in drafting reports and collating data. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively. Outstanding attendance is a must in this role.
Highschool Diploma/GED Preferred Education & Experience:
Some College. 1-2 years of experience as an inspection or quality technician. Previous experience working with measurement tools is preferred.
