3:00 PM to 1:30 AM | 40 Hours a week | Monday thru Thursday | Over-time is mandatory
Job Summary:
Perform in‑process and final inspections to ensure parts meet dimensional and fit specifications. Verify stamped parts fit correctly into designated molds, fixtures, or tooling. Measure parts using calipers, gauges, go/no‑go tools, or visual inspection. Identify, segregate, and report nonconforming parts immediately. Document inspection results, scrap, and rework accurately. Operate stamping presses and related equipment according to work instructions. Load raw materials and unload stamped parts safely and efficiently. Monitor press operation and report abnormalities or equipment issues. Meet production targets while maintaining quality standards.
Work Environment:
Expect exposure to industrial conditions, such as noise, dust, and moving machinery. This is a very fast paced work environment. Position Requirements Ability to perform physical tasks involving extended periods of standing, lifting, bending stooping, handling materials, repetitive motions. Comfortable working in varying temperature environments. May wear PPE (personal protective equipment) for long periods.
