Cross-train in other areas of the Quality Control Department and fill in when the need arises.
Ensure that all documentation is accurately and neatly completed including pictures of loads.
Uses various dimensioning tools (i.e. 25/50 foot tape measure, 6" rules, combination squares, levels, etc).Maintain a professional demeanor at all times with personnel of the Quality Department and all departments at Sabre.
Additional duties as assigned
Be able to read and interpret blueprintsBe able to accurately verify all parts to print using a tape measure.
Possess effective communication skills.
Must be able to work efficiently without supervisionAbility to pay close attention to detail
Scope of Responsibility:
Responsible to ensure that all parts meet standards set forth by design requirements. Assist Quality Lead in the execution of the productivity of the department.Essential Duties:
Inspects parts to blueprints/design drawings.Cross-train in other areas of the Quality Control Department and fill in when the need arises.

Position Requirements:
High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred1+ years in Quality Control or related field in a manufacturing environment preferred. Electrical background a plus.Be able to read and interpret blueprintsBe able to accurately verify all parts to print using a tape measure.

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 75 poundsMust be able to perform physical activities that require considerable use of arms and legs and moving entire body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, bending, twisting and handling of materialsMust be able to work in an outside manufacturing environment for long shifts, including weekendsPosition requires manual dexterity, arm-hand steadiness, and a safety-minded individualMust be able to work in an open environment exposed to extreme temperatures and loud noiseMust have the ability to concentrate on tasks for long periods of time and be able to observe and receive information from all relevant sources At Sabre Industries, we invest in your future with a competitive benefits program.
