Job Description

Join our Manufacturing team — production, assembly, operation of equipment, and more — and help us deliver an unmatched selection of products made with quality materials and workmanship. The Wax Quality Assurance team ensures that products meet quality standards for both internal and external customers. Under the leadership of the Wax Department Supervisor, the Wax QA Technician is responsible for performing initial inspections of injected/grown pieces, verifying that items match jobs, checking quantities and specifications, and updating order information in the tracking system. Key Responsibilities Perform initial inspections on manufactured injected/grown parts and components to ensure quality. Visually detect defects using a head visor or individual eye loop. Make judgment calls on the severity of defects and the potential for future processing. Select or describe the appropriate codes when products do not meet acceptable standards. Use Oracle to transact operation steps Physically move products throughout the department as needed. Match injections/grown parts with their corresponding jobs. Minimum Qualifications Basic computer skills for processing orders and updating systems. Basic math skills for accurate counting and verification of quantities. Ability to view and handle small parts with precision. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Capable of sitting for the majority of the work shift. Demonstrated ability to maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in quality assurance or a related field. Familiarity with Oracle or other inventory management systems.
