Job Description

Job Overview A Quality Controller is responsible for ensuring that products meet specified quality standards through inspection, testing and process monitoring. Responsibilities
    Quality Inspection :
    Oversee the quality inspection system to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards. This includes monitoring production processes and ensuring that products meet specifications and contractual obligations.
    • Inspection and Testing
    • Conduct inspections of raw materials, in process components, and finished products to identify defects of deviations from specifications. This may involve various testing methods and equipment.
    • Documentation
    • Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality control data, ensure that all quality control documentation is up to date and compliant with company policies.
    • Collaboration
    • Work closely with production, engineering, and management teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with quality auditors and product designers to improve product quality.
    • Training and Development
    • Train production staff on quality control procedures and best practices to ensure consistent quality across all operations.
    Experience Certification is a plus Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Must have good communication skills Must pay attention to detail and demonstrate independent reasoning and judgment. Must have the ability to work in and contribute to production improvement, associate involvement and temporary teams as assigned. Knowledge of logistics software. Ability to work under pressure to fulfill agreed deadlines.
