Operations Quality Technician (Contract)

Acton, MA Pay:
$26.40/hour
Shift:
C Shift - Friday, Saturday & Sunday, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Quality Technician to support quality assurance activities within a medical device manufacturing environment. This contract position is ideal for candidates with experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, cleanroom operations, or regulated industries. Key Responsibilities Perform incoming, in-process, and final product inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards. Record inspection results and maintain accurate quality documentation using electronic systems such as SAP, Excel, and electronic device history records. Generate, review, and maintain quality records in accordance with GMP, GDP, and GLP requirements. Verify calibration status of inspection and measurement equipment. Identify and report quality concerns, discrepancies, and nonconformances to Quality and Operations leadership. Support audits, regulatory inspections, and quality system activities as needed. Maintain a clean and compliant manufacturing and cleanroom environment. Follow established procedures, work instructions, and quality standards to ensure product safety and reliability. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and recordkeeping abilities. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Basic math and computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in medical device manufacturing, quality inspection, laboratory, or cleanroom environments. Familiarity with measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, tensile testers, microscopes, and optical inspection equipment. Experience working with quality systems and regulated manufacturing processes.
