Quality Technician Pay Range:
$23-$27/hour Overview Join a team where precision meets purpose. As a Quality Technician, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and performance of materials used in advanced RF technologies and EMI shielding solutions supporting government-related applications. This position offers the opportunity to work hands-on with high-performance materials while collaborating closely with engineering and production teams to uphold the highest quality standards. What You'll Do Perform detailed inspections on materials and components used in RF and EMI shielding applications Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections to ensure compliance with specifications Use precision measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, height gages, pin gages, and radius gages Accurately read and interpret blueprints to verify product dimensions and tolerances Document inspection results with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Perform visual inspections to identify defects, inconsistencies, or nonconformances Communicate findings clearly with engineering and production teams Partner with engineers to support root cause analysis and corrective actions Follow GMP and quality control procedures to maintain compliance Maintain a clean, organized, and safe lab workspace Collaborate with fellow inspectors to ensure consistency and accuracy across processes What You Bring At least 1+ year of quality inspection experience Strong proficiency with precision measuring instruments Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and specifications Experience in quality control processes and inspection methods Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Exceptional attention to detail and documentation accuracy Ability to identify defects through visual inspection Comfort working in a structured lab environment Ability to pass a drug screening Bonus Experience Experience working with composite materials, RF technologies, or EMI shielding products Collaborating with engineering teams on quality issues Strong written documentation and reporting skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Why You'll Love Working Here Be part of a company that values precision, innovation, and mission-driven work.
