Job Description

1st Shift Hours are 8:00am-4:30am Mondays to Fridays
MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE
Compiles and completes all documentation for auditing purposes. Assists Quality Assurance to ensure that production is completed to all regulatory requirements as well as quality specifications and standards; by performing the following duties:
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Performs quality audit of the Facility, process including GMP, hygiene monitoring. Performs quality audit of the Manufacturing floor Glass & Brittle Performs ATP Hygiene Monitoring Swabs a on equipment to assure effectiveness of Sanitation program. Work orders management Incoming material COA review Micro testing, prep, counting, and release|hold documentation support QA supplies inventory FIFO Assist with routine support tasks (sampling, checks, documentation, etc.) as assigned by QA Supervisor. Assist supervisor on documentation, records review and maintenance of the HACCP programs Must be proficient in MS office: Excel, Word & PowerPoint Good listening skills and organization skills Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to handle multiple projects and able to meet deadlines Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, nights as needed with reasonable notice.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Cleans lab instruments, utensils, sinks, and counter-tops daily to maintain a clean work environment. Observes and enforces all safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe
ROLE PROFILE AND DESCRIPTION
Conditions immediately and uses equipment and materials properly. Participates and supports all SQF, HACCP and GMP programs
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Use of Lean Tools is preferential but not a requirement Effective English language reading and writing skills are required for this position. Spanish reading and writing skill are preferential but not a requirement.
