Job Description
Performs incoming, in-process, and final inspections of medical device products and materials within a cleanroom environment to ensure compliance with quality standards and
ISO 13485
requirements. Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years of quality control or inspection experience. Experience working in a cleanroom environment. Experience conducting visual and dimensional inspections. Experience documenting inspection results and quality findings. Experience identifying and documenting product nonconformances. Knowledge of quality procedures within a regulated manufacturing environment. Ability to work in accordance with Medical Device Quality Systems andISO 13485
requirements. Preferred Skills Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints. Basic knowledge of dimensional measuring equipment. Experience using calipers. Experience using micrometers. Experience using radius gauges. Medical device manufacturing experience. Job Responsibilities Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products. Approve or reject materials and products based on applicable specifications, standards, and standard operating procedures. Identify defective or nonconforming products and return materials for rework when required. Inspect and verify completed rework against applicable quality requirements. Perform inspections in compliance with Medical Device Quality Systems andISO 13485.
Document inspection results and complete required quality reports. Initiate and document nonconformance reports. Maintain inspection and quality records according to established procedures. Support the Inspection Supervisor with quality inspection activities as required.Pay:
