Job Description
Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to support quality assurance activities within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience performing product inspections, using precision measurement equipment, and ensuring products meet established quality standards. Experience with medical consumables, plastic injection molding, and ISO-regulated manufacturing environments is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities Perform incoming material verification and sampling inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards. Conduct first article inspections (FAI) for injection-molded components. Perform in-process inspections, including: Visual inspections Dimensional measurements Functional testing Identify, document, and trace non-conforming products throughout the production process. Complete final inspections of finished products, including packaging and labeling verification, prior to warehouse release. Update and maintain Standard Inspection Procedures (SIP) documentation as required. Support the calibration and maintenance of inspection, testing, and measurement equipment. Accurately record inspection results and communicate quality concerns to the appropriate personnel. Follow company quality procedures and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Required QualificationsEducation High school diploma or graduation from a technical school. Experience Prior experience in product inspection, quality inspection, or quality control within a manufacturing environment. Experience inspecting plastic components and performing visual and dimensional inspections. Experience using precision measurement equipment such as microscopes, calipers, and optical projectors. Basic understanding of quality concepts, inspection methods, and problem-solving techniques. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word. Experience in medical consumables or plastic injection molding is a plus. Preferred Qualifications Basic Mandarin language skills (speaking, reading, and writing). Working knowledge of an injection molding manufacturing facility. Familiarity with
