Job Description

The Science Team at Pride Health is currently supporting a client in the food industry that is looking to hire a GMP Testing Technician in Burlington, MA.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented GMP Test Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) testing procedures to ensure the quality and compliance of our products. The GMP Test Technician will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of quality assurance in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Additional Details:
Pay range: $18•$21/hour on W2 as per your experience
Contract Length:
12 Months with the possibility of extension
Key Responsibilities:
Perform GMP Testing and Analysis Conduct routine testing of products in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices. Execute various testing protocols to ensure product quality and compliance. Collect samples of raw materials, and finished products for testing. Conduct routine and non-routine analyses of samples using approved testing procedures.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in a relevant field preferred. Proven experience as a GMP Test Technician or similar role in a regulated manufacturing environment. In-depth knowledge of GMP regulations and quality assurance processes. Proficient in operating testing equipment and troubleshooting technical issues. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Equipment and Instrument Operation:
Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment in accordance with GMP standard. Perform calibration and verification of instruments to ensure accurate results. Troubleshoot and address any equipment issues to minimize downtime.
Documentation and Record-Keeping:
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all testing activities, including sample information and test results. Generate and update documentation related to GMP testing procedures.
Quality and Compliance Assurance:
Ensure all testing activities comply with GMP regulations and internal quality standards. Participate in investigations related to product quality deviations. Contribute to root cause analysis and corrective action plans. Execute GMP testing protocols to assess the quality and compliance of products. Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to address and rectify any non-compliance issues. Collaboration with
Cross-Functional Teams:
Work closely with manufacturing, quality control, and other relevant teams to support overall production objectives. Communicate testing outcomes and collaborate on any required corrective actions.
Safety and Compliance:
Adhere to safety guidelines and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. Contribute to the implementation of safety protocols within the laboratory.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in GMP testing procedures. Actively contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing overall product quality.
