QC Technician Cambridge, MA Are you passionate about quality assurance and looking to make a difference in a dynamic environment? Our client is seeking a dedicated QC Technician to join their team on the 3rd shift. This role is crucial in ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety are met. Responsibilities of the QC Technician Perform QA inspections and swabbing after cleanings, including ATP and allergen testing. Accurately enter data and maintain organized records using Microsoft Excel. File weekly production documentation in designated locations. Organize and log retain samples, ensuring proper storage and labeling. Conduct sanitation audits post-cleaning and complete quality checks such as coating percentage and temperature checks. Coach and monitor employees to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). Isolate non-conforming products and place materials on hold as needed. Conduct interviews with Production and M&R personnel on weekly QA topics. Send out end-of-shift email reports. Requirements of the QC Technician High school diploma or equivalent. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to accurately complete paperwork and data entry.
