Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel). Ability to keep detailed field notes and record data. Ablity to read construction plans and specifications. Must be a team player and work well with others. Must have good organization skills, the ability to focus on details, and the ability to follow directions, both written and oral. Must have a desire to learn. Good communication (listening, speaking, writing) skills. Clean record with CORI and other background checks; must be able to pass random drug tests. Occasional weekend or evening availability if necessary.

REQUIREMENTS

High School degree minimum Construction background and experience Must have a smart cell phone A valid drivers license with a clean record and reliable transportation Ability to lift 75 lbs., walk/work on uneven surfaces, work outside in various weather conditions and from heights. Must be willing to follow safety regulations and able to wear attire appropriate with safety regulations. Work boots necessary as per

ANSI Z-41.
