Job Description
Performs precision dimensional inspection and quality control activities within a manufacturing or machine shop environment. Job Requirements 3-5+ years of dedicated quality control or inspection experience in a precision manufacturing or machine shop environment. Manufacturing quality inspection experience required. Advanced ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints. Strong knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T). Experience operating precision inspection and measurement equipment. Experience programming applicable inspection measurement systems. Experience inspecting machined or precision-manufactured components. Clean room or pharmaceutical-only inspection backgrounds do not meet the requirement. Preferred Skills Experience inspecting tight-tolerance machined components. Experience with advanced dimensional inspection equipment. Experience programming CMMs or similar automated inspection systems. Experience working in aerospace, industrial, automotive, or other high-precision manufacturing environments. Job Responsibilities Perform dimensional and visual inspections of precision-manufactured components. Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T requirements. Operate precision measurement and inspection equipment. Program inspection measurement systems as required. Verify manufactured parts meet dimensional and engineering specifications. Document inspection results and identify nonconforming conditions. Support in-process, final, and receiving inspection activities as required. Maintain inspection records and quality documentation.
Pay:
