• $30•33/hr•Danvers, MA 1st Shift | Full-Time | Schulte Staffing is hiring an experienced Quality Technician for a well-established manufacturing company near Danvers, MA.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong quality inspection and systems experience who is ready to take on a hands-on role with leadership and process improvement exposure. What You'll Do Perform receiving, in-process, and final inspections on manufactured parts Conduct First Article Inspections (FAI) and support audit activities Use measuring tools and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Assist with root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions Support ISO quality systems and documentation processes Monitor quality data and help identify opportunities for improvement Work closely with production, engineering, and leadership teams What You Need (Must Have) 3+ years of manufacturing quality experience Strong background in quality inspection and blueprint reading Experience with FAI, audits, or ISO standards Familiarity with measuring tools and inspection methods Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Preferred Experience Experience supporting root cause analysis or corrective actions Knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma tools Exposure to GD&T or statistical process control (SPC) Experience in a metal, machining, or industrial manufacturing environment Pay & Schedule $30
