Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Quality Inspector to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will ensure that all products meet rigorous quality standards by performing detailed inspections, analyzing data, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations. Your keen eye for detail and commitment to excellence will help uphold our reputation for delivering top-quality products to our customers. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and uphold the integrity of our quality systems. Duties Conduct thorough visual and dimensional inspections using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and vision inspection systems to verify product specifications. Utilize advanced quality management tools and techniques, including Calypso software, ISO 13485 standards, and
ISO 9001
protocols, to document inspection results accurately. Perform quality audits across manufacturing processes to identify non-conformities and recommend corrective actions aligned with FDA regulations and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices). Operate coordinate measuring machines (CMM) for precise dimensional analysis of complex components. Collect and analyze data related to product quality, process performance, and defect trends to support continuous improvement efforts. Ensure compliance with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) standards where applicable, maintaining high safety and quality benchmarks. Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues promptly and participate in root cause analysis sessions. Experience Proven experience in quality control or quality inspection within a manufacturing environment, preferably in regulated industries such as medical devices or pharmaceuticals. Familiarity with industry standards including
ISO 13485, ISO 9001, FDA
regulations, HACCP, and CGMP is highly desirable. Hands-on experience operating precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, vision inspection systems, and CMMs. Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret technical data accurately and make informed decisions. Knowledge of quality assurance processes, quality management systems, and conducting internal or external quality audits. Excellent attention to detail coupled with effective communication skills to document findings clearly and collaborate seamlessly across teams. Pay:
$35.00 - $45.00 per hour
