Job Description

Responsibilities:
Responsible for performing incoming, first article, work in progress and final inspections on all products. Assisting with production problems that are leading to rejected parts or returned products. Assist Engineering in writing inspection procedures for production items. Maintain and control non-conformance items in the production area. Create comprehensive documentation for quality issues and note the corrective actions that were taken. Assist Engineering with the inspection of new products and the development of new inspection procedures. Ensure that all of the quality check procedures put in place by the company are followed during every production phase. Ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, fit, and reliability prior to delivery.
Qualifications:
Previous quality control experience Experience with
ISO13485
quality requirements Mechanical aptitude Proficient with Microsoft Office. Skill in using a microscope, micrometer, calipers and pin gauges. Experience in (or the ability to learn) the use of computerized, optical inspection systems. Experience in miniature soldering or other miniature production work Good manual dexterity Ability to read and understand drawings. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening Hours are: Monday through Friday - 7am to 3:30pm The pay is up to $27.00 an hour
