Duties include unloading, unpacking, and inspection/testing of delivered or internally manufactured goods, final qc, organizing product in the stockroom, stocking shelves with an organized and logical system, as well as conducting an inventory of existing stock. Distribution of components/goods to assembly for manufacturing. Responsible for final inspection of IDI products to verify compliance to regulatory standards, customers' expectations, and establish company standards of quality. Job Functions/Competencies Timely and accurate stocking of received material with all the appropriate paperwork Identification of on-hand shortages and report to the Purchasing Department for replenishment Timely and accurate stocking of completed sub-assemblies as needed Maintains inventory control and traceability Work order kit preparation and reporting Ensures timely completion and accountability of all work Ability to multitask and be organized Ensure the stockroom is a safe, neat, clean and organized throughout each business day Identifies changes or enhancements to procedures to improve productivity and efficiency Performs related duties as required including ship out quotations Inspect incoming materials to specifications Rotation and management of stock using FIFO system Conduct testing and inspection of products systems to ensure finished product quality Follow quality assurance standards Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements Understanding of the requirements of the products and its systems Identify deviations from quality standards Identify areas for product and systems improvement Recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis Complete reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities within testing product systems Implement appropriate corrective actions Works with engineering and quality departments for print revisions and inspection criteria Assist Freight Drivers in correct product pick-up from dock Assist Freight Drivers in delivery unloading and placement on dock Strong communications skills Picking, distribution, and transaction of components and goods according to product specific Picklists/BOMs Computer literacy, specifically Microsoft office products and capable of learning MRP/ERP software transactions as additionally required Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently Dependable with proficient organization skills and attention to detail while multi-tasking Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to lift up to 80 lbs Use forklifts, pallet jacks, dollies, and material transfer tools All other responsibilities as assigned by management.

Education/Training:

Manufacturing stockroom experience a plus Blueprint reading and QC Inspection Metrology measurement techniques
