We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. This position requires a strong understanding of quality control processes, as well as the ability to utilize precision measuring instruments effectively. The Quality Assurance Inspector will be responsible for conducting inspections, collecting data, and ensuring compliance with industry standards such as HACCP. Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of products at various stages of production to ensure compliance with quality standards. Utilize precision measuring instruments, including calipers and micrometers, to assess product specifications. Implement and maintain quality management systems to enhance overall product quality. Collect and analyze data related to product quality and performance. Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement in fabrication processes. Document inspection results and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders. Ensure adherence to HACCP guidelines and other regulatory requirements. Help other teams if needed Skills Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices. Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers. Familiarity with quality management systems and methodologies. Experience in quality assurance processes, including quality inspection techniques. Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data effectively. Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
