Job Description

Summary:
Inspect and report on process, receiving and final inspection as needed to identify deficiencies and help implement corrective measures to ensure compliance of manufactured products to FIBA Technologies, customer, DOT, ABS, and others, to procedures, regulations, specifications, and other governing policies. Will interact with production engineering, sales, marketing, manufacturing, operations and other departments as needed to accomplish department goals and company objectives. Perform first piece, process inspection and test of machined components and mechanical assemblies.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide detailed product reports to the customer for finished goods. Perform final inspection of finished product. Performs receiving inspection of raw material and supplied finished product. Review, collect, file and report process quality data. Coordinates non-conforming material reporting and disposition. Assist in development of manufacturing methods, forms and quality procedures. Coordinate calibration of company tools and measurement equipment. Performs NVR lab analysis for cleaning samples as needed. Provides training to production personnel when needed. Generate monthly quality reports.
Job Requirements:
Associate degree in business or equivalent knowledge and/or experience in quality systems. 5+ years experience in quality or related field Ability to read and interpret Engineering drawings and specifications. Familiarity with quality systems and measuring equipment. Microsoft Word/ Excel proficiency. Strong interpersonal skills
