Job Description

Responsible for performing incoming, in-process, and final inspections, related to semiconductor components and products andaccompanying documentation.

Determines acceptability of, identifies, and recommends disposition of defective items in accordance with established procedures. Responsibilities Receive material and documentation for inspection. Conduct visual inspections of materials and documentation. Select, inspect, and manage qualification samples for reliability testing from processed lots. Review and inspect material and dispositions of non-conforming material according to established criteria. Track internal and external Corrective Actions and Non-conformances for on time execution. Maintain and update internal quality specifications as required. Perform lot review for compliance and issue certificate of conformances according to established criteria. Select, inspect, and manage qualification samples for reliability testing from processed lots. Review and inspect material and dispositions non-conforming material. Perform random inspections, audits, and reviews of receiving & shipping processes. Perform incoming inspection of materials to detail drawings. Support Continuous Improvement and department 6S activities. Perform lot review for compliance and issues certificate of conformances. Create attributes summary for screening and qualification testing. Additional Responsibilities Support manufacturing and distribution activities. Verify compliance with the traceability process for orders issued by DLA (Defense Logistics Agency). Perform customer contract review for quality compliance. Conduct periodic verification of ESD system and materials. Perform or assist with internal audits as required. Create non-conformance reports as needed. Qualifications BS in Electrical Engineering, or similar technical discipline3 to 5 years of experience in a Quality role performing compliance and inspections in a manufacturing environment.

Working knowledge of ISO 9001, Quality System Standards Preferred Qualifications Knowledge AS9100/AS9120, Aerospace Quality System Standard or IATF 16949-2016, Automotive Quality Management preferredASQC Certification is a plusWorking knowledge of the
