Job Description

Quality inspection professional responsible for verifying electrical, electronic, and electromechanical assemblies using drawings, schematics, checklists, and precision measuring equipment. Job Requirements High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Previous QA/QC experience Ability to read, understand, and interpret engineering drawings and electrical schematics Working knowledge of measurement instruments Ability to read and understand blueprints, diagrams, customer specifications, drawing instructions, inspection instructions, and checklists Ability to use precision measuring instruments and test equipment Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, counting, and measuring PC and data entry skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word Ability to sit or stand in one area for several hours at a time Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally Ability to comprehend and follow written and verbal instructions English written and verbal communication skills Preferred Skills IPC 620 certification Experience with wire and cable harnesses Previous manufacturing experience Experience with electronics, electrical, and electromechanical assemblies Job Responsibilities Inspect products and assemblies for compliance with quality standards and workmanship requirements Review blueprints, diagrams, customer specifications, engineering drawings, electrical schematics, and inspection instructions Use precision measuring instruments and test equipment to verify conformance Complete data entry and maintain inspection documentation Follow manufacturing processes, checklists, and quality procedures Support quality control activities for wire, cable, electrical, electronic, and electromechanical assemblies
Pay:
