In this vital role, you will be responsible for thoroughly inspecting vehicles to ensure they meet safety, quality, and compliance standards. Your keen eye for detail and mechanical expertise will help maintain the highest standards for vehicle safety and performance. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work hands-on with a variety of vehicles, utilizing your automotive knowledge and technical skills to contribute to our commitment to excellence. Duties Conduct comprehensive inspections of vehicles, including exterior, interior, engine, and undercarriage assessments Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform repairs, adjustments, or part replacements as needed during inspections Identify mechanical issues, auto body damage, or safety concerns and document findings accurately Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks such as fluid checks, tire inspections, and brake assessments Assist in auto restoration projects by evaluating vehicle condition and recommending necessary repairs Lift heavy vehicle components safely during inspection or repair processes Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure all vehicles meet regulatory standards and company policies Qualifications Proven experience in automotive repair or as a mechanic, with strong mechanical knowledge Familiarity with auto body repair techniques and vehicle maintenance procedures Hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of auto restoration processes and automotive safety standards Previous experience working with auto service centers or repair shops is preferred Strong attention to detail combined with excellent problem-solving skills Join us as a Vehicle Inspector and play a crucial role in ensuring every vehicle we handle meets the highest standards of safety and quality.
