  • 12:00am Job Overview Seeking an experienced Quality Control Inspector to join our team on the 2nd shift.
As a key member of our quality assurance team, you'll be responsible for ensuring our Class III molded medical devices, including Cream Applicators, Tablet Applicators, Suppository Applicators, and glass and plastic Dropper Assemblies, meet the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities Perform visual and dimensional inspections at receiving, in-process, and final stages Conduct AQL sampling Perform label inspections Complete paperwork accurately and thoroughly, following GMP guidelines Familiarity and compliance with required gowning protocols Initiate NCMRs as required Perform internal audits of manufacturing areas Basic calibration of gauges and equipment used in manufacturing Conduct packaging inspections, including: o Seal checks o Visual checks for particulates and cosmetic issues Work independently and as part of a team Use inspection tools, including: o Calipers o Micrometers o Tensile testers o Scales o Go/no-go gauges Read and confirm machine settings (temperature, cycle time, etc.) Communicate effectively with production teams and other stakeholders #SS #
