Bakery Production Team Member •Looking for experienced applicants with full time availability•

Compensation:

$18-$21 per hour (depends on experience) Join our team at Snowy Owl Coffee Roasters! We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable assistants with baking experience to join our team. As a growing business, we look for people who are proactive and motivated by the idea that they are part of something greater. We pride ourselves on providing training and promoting from within when new opportunities arise. This position requires consistent morning availability and weekends are a must!

Opening:

Stock Bakery case with all required pastries by opening time Follow the instruction of the Bakery Manager in producing high quality bakery products according to recipes set forth while following proper food handling procedures. Assist Manager in arranging pastry items in bakery case throughout the day to encourage customer purchases Assist Bakery Manager with restocking all baking ingredients and utensils and communicating in a timely manner when something is needed Collaborate on new ideas from concept to implementation. Communicate product information with Cafe staff to ensure that proper information is communicated to customers. Production Process & Upkeep of the

Bakery:

Maintain a clean, sanitized, and presentable work environment, this includes cleaning utensils and dishes throughout the day during all preparation Alert Bakery Manager of any mechanical issues as they occur Be able to stand for long periods of time Exemplify the values and mission of Snowy Owl Coffee Roasters to staff and customers Participate in staff meetings Respect the privacy of information regarded as sensitive and proprietary to Snowy Owl Coffee Roasters Communicate concerns regarding our operations and other employees to Management when necessary Smile, learn, grow, and have fun at work! Qualities Self starter and self motivated Good with taking direction Team-Oriented Thank you for considering joining our team!
