Job DescriptionPerform dimensional and functional inspections to ensure materials, components, and assemblies meet engineering and quality requirements.
Key ResponsibilitiesInspect incoming, in-process, and finished productsInterpret drawings, specs, and quality standardsSelect and perform appropriate inspection methods and setupsApply GD&T (ANSI Y14.5) for dimensional verificationConduct First Piece and AS9102 First Article InspectionsPartner with Engineering on new product inspectionsSupport root cause analysis and continuous improvementUse precision tools (micrometers, comparators, gauges, etc.)Operate and analyze results from CMM equipmentQualificationsInspection experience in a manufacturing environmentAbility to read engineering drawingsKnowledge of GD&T and precision measurement toolsCMM experience preferredFamiliarity with AS9102 a plusStrong attention to detailWhy Senior Metal BellowsWork on highly engineered, precision productsCollaborative, cross-functional environmentBe part of a team committed to quality, innovation, and continuous improvement Qualifications💡 What You Bring✔️ Expertise in precision inspection and geometric dimensioning✔️ Hands-on experience with inspection tools and CMMs✔️ Strong attention to detail and the ability to read complex drawings✔️ Team-first attitude and clear communication skills✔️ Problem-solving mindset with a drive for continuous improvementAdditional Information💡 Why Work Here?

Hourly Rate Range:
$26.00-$33.00 plus 15% 2nd shift differential. Final rate will be determined by relevant experience, skills, and qualifications Trade Compliance Statement Access to our facilities is restricted under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) to U.S. Persons (U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, U.S. Nationals, U.S. refugees, asylees, or temporary residents under amnesty provisions ), and to properly licensed foreign persons. Applicants receiving a conditional offer of employment will be required to provide information to determine whether they are subject to these regulations and, if so, to assess their country of chargeability for export control purposes.
