What You'll Do Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards Identify and report defects or non-conforming products Package and label products according to established procedures Verify product specifications using inspection tools and measuring devices Complete quality and production documentation accurately Maintain lot traceability and product identification Work closely with production personnel to maintain quality standards Assist with inventory, material handling, and production support activities Follow quality, safety, and manufacturing procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area What We're Looking For Manufacturing experience preferred Quality inspection experience preferred Strong attention to detail Good organizational skills Reliable attendance and dependability Ability to follow written instructions and procedures Basic math and measurement skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team High school diploma or GED preferred Preferred Experience Quality control or product inspection Packaging or assembly operations Measuring devices such as rulers, calipers, or gauges Production or quality documentation ISO-regulated manufacturing environments Basic computer and data entry skills Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive motion Why Work at Super Brush?
