Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification preferred .Strong knowledge of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methods and inspection techniques .Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing inspection, quality assurance, or a related field .Proficiency in reading engineering blueprints, welding symbols, and GD&T .Experience with inspection tools .Familiarity with industry standards (AWSD1.1, ASME
Section IX, ISO 9001, etc.) .Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently .Excellent documentation and communication skills .Certifications in NDT methods (e.g., Level I or II in PT, MT, UT, or RT) are a plus .Strong manufacturing experience and a desire to learn required .Job Overvie w:
The Quality Inspector will ensure all products and processes meet company standards and customer specifications. The ideal candidate will have Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) credentials (preferred) and proficiency in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methods, including Visual Testing (VT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), Penetrant Testing (PT), and Ultrasonic Testing (UT). The Quality Inspector must have a strong understanding of Non-Destructive Testing methods, and proven expertise in inspection techniques for manufacturing processes. This role will work directly with the QA Manager and Production Manager to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standard s.Key Responsibiliti es:
