Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Quality Control Inspector to join our manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will ensure that all products meet stringent quality standards by performing precise inspections and measurements throughout the production process. Your keen eye for detail, mechanical knowledge, and familiarity with quality systems will help uphold our commitment to excellence and regulatory compliance. (Good Manufacturing Practice) Utilize comparator and other advanced measurement tools for defect detection and quality verification. Collect and analyze data related to product quality, recording findings accurately for traceability and continuous improvement initiatives. Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control within a manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of quality systems such as QA/QC processes. Proficiency with measurement instruments including calipers, micrometers, height gauges, vision inspection systems, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM). Strong analysis skills for identifying defects, trends, or deviations from quality standards in production data. Familiarity with calibration procedures for precision measuring instruments and conducting quality audits.
