Job Description

Quality Control Inspector responsible for inspecting incoming materials, injection-molded components, in-process products, packaging, labeling, and measurement equipment records. Job Requirements High school diploma or technical school graduation required Prior experience in product inspection or quality control Basic understanding of quality concepts and problem-solving logic Experience using measurement tools, including microscopes, calipers, and projectors Proficiency with basic office software, including Excel and Word Familiarity with plastic components Familiarity with visual and dimensional inspection criteria Experience performing visual inspections, dimensional measurements, or functional testing Preferred Skills Experience with medical consumables Experience with plastic injection molding Working knowledge of an injection molding facility Understanding of
ISO 13485
quality system requirements Basic Mandarin communication, reading, or writing skills Experience conducting first article inspections Experience supporting calibration management Experience updating standard inspection procedures Job Responsibilities Perform incoming material verification and sampling inspection Conduct first article inspections for injection-molded components Execute in-process inspections, including visual inspection, dimensional measurement, and functional testing Identify non-conforming products during production Trace non-conforming products during production Conduct final inspections for packaging and labeling before warehouse release Update Standard Inspection Procedure documents as needed Support calibration management for testing and measurement equipment Inspect plastic components against visual and dimensional requirements Document inspection results using basic office software
Pay:
