Job Description

Quality Technician role focused on elastomer fabrication quality, material review, non-conforming materials, customer complaints, inspections, data analysis, and internal audits. Job Requirements Quality Technician experience in manufacturing Quality improvement leadership experience Advanced quality assurance methodology and tool knowledge Advanced inspection tool and equipment proficiency Experience managing non-conforming materials Experience participating in Material Review Board processes Experience handling escalated customer quality complaints Data analysis and trending experience Internal audit experience Microsoft Office proficiency Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Preferred Skills Elastomer fabrication experience Certified Quality Technician certification Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification Six Sigma Green Belt certification Certified Quality Auditor certification Certified Quality Improvement Associate certification Supplier quality improvement experience Corrective and preventive action experience Responsibilities Oversee and improve product and process quality in elastomer fabrication Participate in Material Review Board meetings Review and analyze defective or non-conforming components Determine disposition for defective or non-conforming materials Investigate escalated customer quality complaints Identify root causes for customer quality issues Implement corrective and preventive actions Identify, segregate, and manage non-conforming materials Coordinate supplier returns or replacements when required Support supplier quality improvement initiatives Conduct inspections from incoming raw material through finished product Use advanced inspection tools to verify compliance with quality standards Implement inspection process improvements Analyze quality data and identify trends Communicate quality findings to support continuous improvement Conduct internal audits for industry standards, regulatory requirements, and policy compliance
Pay:
