Quality Control Inspector Pay Rate:

$18.00 - 22.00 What you'll do: Perform dimensional and visual inspection of fabricated parts Perform receiving inspection of incoming materials (raw & repairs) Maintain quality records Interpret customer and supplier requirements (internal & external) Certify Quality Control paperwork Read, write and speak English Use small hand tools such as calipers, micrometers & drop indicators Skills Ability to work using small hand tools Strong communication and organizational skills

Position Criteria:

Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills. Receive information from team members regarding customer needs and product requirements and utilize this information to perform one's function. Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve any obstacles or delays that may occur in the production process. Knowledge of basic shop math. Basic computer knowledge of Windows based operating systems and programs. Ability to use measuring tape, and variable gauges, such as calipers. Ability to lift, push and pull 35 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally. Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Repetitive lifting, bending, and squatting is inherent to this position.
