This role is part of a pending contract proposal. We are actively interviewing to identify qualified candidates in anticipation of a successful award.

• $129,000Essential Job Responsibilities
• Conducts assessments to identify gaps in capabilities, resources, personnel, and processes affecting readiness
• Collects and analyzes operational preparedness data; produces reports and dashboards to communicate readiness status
• Coordinates readiness initiatives and develops improvement plans to address identified deficiencies
• Performs risk management by identifying threats to operational readiness and developing mitigation strategies
• Ensures compliance with standards and regulations; maintains essential documentation.

Minimum QualificationsMission Assurance 1

• 0 years experience with Bachelors in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years relevant experience.

Mission Assurance 2

• 2 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 0 years experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 6 years relevant experience.

Mission Assurance 3

• 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.

Must possess an active TS/SCI/Polygraph for considerationPreferred RequirementsPrevious experience in conducting Intelligence Community Operational Readiness Exercises, with proven field operations experience, technical operational training, and relevant operational certifications.
