• $129,000 Essential Job Responsibilities Conducts assessments to identify gaps in capabilities, resources, personnel, and processes affecting readiness.

Collects and analyzes operational preparedness data; produces reports and dashboards to communicate readiness status. Coordinates readiness initiatives and develops improvement plans to address identified deficiencies. Performs risk management by identifying threats to operational readiness and developing mitigation strategies. Ensures compliance with standards and regulations; maintains essential documentation. Minimum Qualifications Mission Assurance 1

• 0 years experience with Bachelors in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years relevant experience. Mission Assurance 2
• 2 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 0 years experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 6 years relevant experience. Mission Assurance 3
• 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.

Must possess an active TS/SCI/Polygraph for consideration Preferred Requirements Previous experience in conducting Intelligence Community Operational Readiness Exercises, with proven field operations experience, technical operational training, and relevant operational certifications.
