Job Description

As a Quality Technician, you ensure customer specifications & our company's high standards of quality are met throughout our plastic container production operations. You'll join our team of collaborative associates focused on producing the best quality packaging in the industry.
We Offer Predictable Schedules :
12-hour shifts & a rotating 2-week standard schedule of 3 days, then 4 days is 15 working days a month as a full-time associate!

We've been in the community for many years & offer job stability through market uncertainty You Will Conduct quality inspections of in-process product & finished plastic containers in the lab, on the production floor & in the warehouse to evaluate product quality Use measuring instruments to measure dimensions & performance criteria's adherence to customer specifications Regularly engage with Associates about product conformance Grow your knowledge & skills through a wide-variety of training & on-the-job experiences You Have Ability to work 6:45 pm - 7:15 am on a cycle of 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off, repeat. This equates to 2 weekends per month off with a 3-day weekend High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent Minimum of one year of Quality experience in a manufacturing environment Working knowledge of quality control methods & approaches Superior attention to detail Ability to walk & stand on production floor throughout work shift with or without a reasonable accommodation You'll Earn $ 20 As a Plastipak Associate, you receive a benefits package offering the following: Wellness Programs Health Insurance Coverage, including
