Job Summary:
Under indirect supervision, responsible for performing the full range of duties in electrical systems for aircraft installations.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Provide technical assistance and resolution when electrical or engineering problems are encountered before, during, and after production. Install and maintain electrical systems including cable harness/components Assemble electrical and electronic systems and prototypes according to engineering data and knowledge of electrical principles, using hand tools and measuring instruments. Modify electrical prototypes, parts, assemblies, In accordance with Electrical Drawings/schematics. Set up and operate test equipment. Analyze and interpret test information to resolve design-related problems. Ability to understand Redline processes while working closely with supervisor. Build, calibrate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical component/wire harness, IAW the electrical Drawing /schematics. Perform other duties as are necessary and/or required.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
High School diploma or equivalent and 2-5 years of experience with electronic systems, electronics troubleshooting, electronic testing design, analyzing information. Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance Attention to detail. Recurring FOD training and awareness, upon hire and annually Ability to comprehend schematics and integration/installation drawings.
