Job Description
Line of Business:
Cement & White About Us Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. What You'll Be Doing Perform routine quality control testing on raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with standards. Calibrate, maintain, and operate laboratory and field testing equipment with accuracy. Collect, record, and analyze material samples and communicate findings to the production team. Support troubleshooting efforts by identifying quality trends and collaborating on corrective actions. Follow all safety protocols and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. What Are We Looking For Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate testing and documentation. Ability to learn and operate laboratory and field testing equipment effectively. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify and communicate quality concerns. Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Work Environment This role involves working in both laboratory and field settings, including exposure to varying weather conditions, moving equipment, and active production environments. Proper PPE is provided, and safety is a priority in all work areas.
