Job Description

Food Ingredients:
Innovating improved nutritional profiles, better taste and texture, and greater cost efficiency to meet the needs of global food and beverage manufacturers. Where You'll Make a Difference Monitor and enforce food safety and quality standards (GMP, HACCP, FSMA, SQF/BRC) Perform routine quality checks on raw materials and in-process production Operate and monitor quality control processes on production lines (including extraction processes) Conduct laboratory testing and sensory evaluations to ensure product compliance Maintain accurate documentation and quality records in line with regulatory requirements Investigate product deviations and quality incidents, supporting root cause analysis and corrective actions Support the development and continuous improvement of SOPs and quality procedures Partner with production teams to promote quality best practices and continuous improvement initiatives What Makes You the Right Fit High School diploma or equivalent required 2+ years of experience in food manufacturing quality assurance or quality control Knowledge of food safety standards (GMP, HACCP, FSMA, SQF or BRC) Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities Ability to perform basic math and interpret data accurately Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed How You Would Stand Out HACCP, PCQI, or SQF Practitioner certification Experience with
ISO 9001 / ISO 22002
standards Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or related field Why Choose Us?
