Join a Leading Healthcare Diagnostics Organization! We are seeking a Quality Control Technician to support quality testing and laboratory operations in a regulated manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a background in Biology, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or related scientific fields who have laboratory or quality control experience. Responsibilities Perform quality control testing on in-process and finished products. Conduct laboratory testing for Lateral Flow, ELISA, and Molecular products. Perform final product release testing. Troubleshoot technical and quality issues. Operate and maintain laboratory equipment. Calibrate laboratory instruments. Review production batch records. Maintain accurate testing records and documentation. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP). Ensure compliance with quality systems and laboratory procedures. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized laboratory environment. Required Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in: Biology Chemistry Life Sciences Biotechnology Microbiology Biomedical Sciences Or a related scientific field OR Equivalent laboratory or quality control experience. Minimum 1 year of laboratory or quality control experience. Strong attention to detail and documentation skills. Ability to follow laboratory procedures and SOPs. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in regulated laboratory or manufacturing environments. Knowledge of GMP and GLP. Experience with FDA, ISO, or USDA regulated environments. ELISA assay experience. Pipetting experience. Experience using pH meters. Laboratory equipment calibration. Data analysis and troubleshooting. Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook proficiency.
