About the Role As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring that every product meets our high standards of excellence before it reaches the customer. By combining sharp attention to detail with hands-on technical tasks, you will ensure the integrity of our finished goods and contribute to a seamless shipping process. Responsibilities Conduct thorough visual inspections and final assembly of components to guarantee readiness for client delivery. Utilize hand-held grinding tools to refine product surfaces and ensure work orders meet precise specifications. Interpret and apply accurate measurements using a tape measure to verify product dimensions. Validate finished items against project documentation to ensure total order accuracy and compliance. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace to optimize workflow efficiency for the entire team. Perform physically active tasks, including consistent lifting, bending, and standing, to support production throughput. Qualifications Required Skills Strong ability to follow both written instructions and verbal guidance. Commitment to maintaining rigorous safety protocols in a shop environment. Physical capability to lift materials weighing up to 50 lbs and endure prolonged standing or kneeling. Excellent verbal communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented mindset. Preferred Skills High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Self-motivated attitude with a drive to learn new manufacturing processes. Previous experience in a fast-paced production or industrial setting.
