Quality Technician - Metal Manufacturing Facility (3rd Shift)
Pay Rate:
$19.00/hour
Position Type:

3rd Shift (Monday-Thursday, 7:30 PM-5:30 AM)
Training Schedule:
1st Shift Training for 2-4 weeks (Monday-Thursday, 5:30 AM-3:30 PM) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Quality Technician to join our metal manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for performing quality inspections, verifying product specifications, and ensuring parts meet customer and company standards. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with inspection tools and measurement equipment and be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Perform quality inspections on metal parts and finished products Use precision measurement tools including gages, micrometers, and calibrators Verify dimensions, tolerances, and product specifications according to blueprints and quality standards Document inspection results and report any quality issues or defects Perform in-process and final inspections to ensure product compliance Work closely with production teams to identify and resolve quality concerns Maintain accurate quality records and follow all safety and quality procedures Qualifications Previous Quality Technician or Quality Inspector experience in a manufacturing environment required Must have experience using: Gages Micrometers Calibrators Other precision measuring tools Ability to read and understand measurements, specifications, and inspection requirements Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues Ability to work independently on 3rd shift after training completion Why Peoplelink?
