Our world class climate controlled facility is centrally located just north of downtown Grand Rapids. Autodie is a company with more than 60 years of experience in fulfilling customer needs and offering local expertise for project management, engineering, machining, die construction and tryout, engineering change incorporation, buy-off and launch support. We are currently seeking qualified candidates to fill the position of Formability / CAE Specialist.
Job Summary:
Candidates should have experience with formability simulation, metal flow, die build and tryout. Qualifications /
Requirements:
Experience in a major CAD system (NX or Catia) Experience in a major CAE system preferred Must have extensive knowledge of metal flow with various steel types Extensive knowledge of forming dies Must have experience in die tryout with an emphasis on troubleshooting forming operations Excellent communication skills Ability to work to deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Office software such as Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint We offer an excellent compensation and 401(k) match in a supportive work environment.
