Schedule:

Proactive and creative suggestions relative to our services to ensure our customers recognize the value of our organization Other duties as assigned Develop work instructions, perform Data reporting and various administrative tasks for project. Train team leaders and inspectors on proper procedures relevant to the project. Responsible for ensuring all teams within assigned locations are operating according to operational protocol, relevant to the project and company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Must have a valid Driver's License 1-3 years previous parts quality inspection experience 1-3 years leadership experience HS diploma or equivalent Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds on occasion Reliable transportation to and from work Flexible work hours Position requires traveling to multiple work locations as needed to meet customer demands. primarily Grand Rapids & Kalamazoo surrounding areas (paid for travel).
