Overview We're looking for a 2nd Shift Robotic Welder Operator to join our team. Hours are M-Th 3:30p to 2a, with OT as needed. Employees are eligible for a monthly bonus, which is determined by efficiency and production rate. Pay starts at $15/hr + $1/hr Shift Premium.

Duties:

Operates assigned robot or spot welder, Performs part quality inspection using various gages, quality tools, and visual inspection of welds for defects, Completes all documentation as required, including but not limited to inspection forms, preventative maintenance forms, productions sheets, job travelers, etc., Adjust welders based on defects identified during any inspection, Performs operator required preventative maintenance checks.

Qualifications:

Able to read and comprehend simple instructions, short written correspondence, and memos Able to write simple correspondence. Understands basic math concepts; add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
