Job Description
About the Role As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining product integrity by conducting rigorous inspections and process verifications. You will serve as a key partner to the production team, ensuring that all assemblies meet strict industry standards and contributing to continuous improvement through effective root cause analysis. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive inspections of incoming materials, in-process assemblies, and finished goods to ensure adherence to technical specifications. Verify workmanship compliance against IPC standards and interpret complex wiring diagrams and cable routing schematics. Utilize magnification tools to conduct detailed examinations of PCB circuitry, identifying potential defects such as soldering issues, surface imperfections, or alignment errors. Execute first-piece inspections against bill of materials to validate setup accuracy before full-scale production begins. Collaborate with production leadership to manage non-conforming materials and oversee the verification of successful repairs. Document quality metrics within the Quality Management System (QMS) to provide actionable feedback and support organizational problem-solving initiatives. Required Skills Proficiency in IPC-A-610 and
